Post: death threat by a co-worker

I had received a death threat by a co-worker for showing
an old year book picture of him to another co-worker.
Direct quote: "If you ever do that again, I will bury you
so far back and deep no one will ever find you!" We do not have a formal HR dept. what should I do as I do
feel threatened and worry that he will do something to me
or my car.
