(there is, however, a requirement that the employer offer paid sick leave to exempt employees before docking their salaries for sick days; if they don't, they can't dock.) 2. can they dock only you? probably. they can't if they're discriminating illegally (e.g., they dock you because you're a woman, but they don't dock men who are sick for a day), but otherwise they can. good luck.
