Post: EEOC litigation against ex employer

Posted by Bradley on 2/20/07
Filed a charge with EEOC in 2004, went through the long process of investigation. Finally, in 2005, EEOC found cause that I was discriminated, and the last letter I received from EEOC, is that they are suing on my behalf, they said I can get my own attorney but I don't have to. My ex employer made offers that's not even close to justify what wrong they have done to me. Should I just let EEOC do it's job, at this point what can go wrong? How much longer? I just want closure and move on with life.
