    No laws require that your employer provide vacation time to
    begin with, "excuse" any absences that your employer allows
    you to be paid for by using vacation time. Your employer
    isn't doing anything illegal.

    It's not even the end of March and you've already used up
    all your personal time for the year and are dipping into
    your vacation time for absences. If you don't want to lose
    your job, I suggest you improve your attendance immediately.
