Thank you The method by which you have obtained this info is likely illegal if you are accessing a database without authorization.
On the otherhand, you should keep track of all documentation wherein you put your fomer employer on notice re the use of your name. Presumably it is for a commercial purpose which would make it missappropriation - a form of invasion of privacy. It is actionable but your hands arent clean. A lawsuit from you would likely lead to a countersuit. Proceed cautiously.
