Check to see what the policies and procedures are concerning
changing job title, with the school district. You want to
make sure the school district follwed its own policies and
    procedures.

Also, if a employment contract was signed, you need to check
its enforceability. Check to see if there are any clauses
that allow your job title or job duties to be changed. Once
you have done these prelimary steps, seek legal counsel to
    have information reviewed.
