Re: EEOC and DOL complaints pending

    Terry,
Thank you for answering back to my post. The sad thing is I
love my job. I also love my clients. I am a licensed
professional and I have been employed at the company for nine
years. I received perfect evaluations and multiple awards for
job performance. In nine years I have only received one
counseling form.(This happened during the time period where I
was forced to file a complaint with HR.) The counseling form
was given because I had an anxiety attack and had to leave. I
gave my boss and HR more than six months to rectify the
situation. According to HR their results were inconclusive.
Before I made the complaint I was considered a model employee.
After I made the complaint - instead of using the six months to
stop the harassment... they took every opportunity
to criticize my work performance and attempt to find a reason
to fire me.(Only problem is.. every counseling form they have
tried to present me with lately has been taken back - two to be
exact.) I have been feeling lately it would come to the point
where I needed legal assistance - even though I was hoping the
opposite. Know any good attorneys in Tennessee?
