Post: guaranteed salary not paid

I'm an outside sales representative paid on commission.
However, at the time of hire, was guaranteed a floor
(salary) for the first year. It was agreed that at the
end of the year, if my "commissions" were over my
guarantee, then I would receive a check for that amount.
If they were under than it would be a wash. A few days
ago I gave a three week notice of resignation from the
company. They told me they would "agree" to pay me for
one week of the resignation if I would "agree" to work all
5 days, but would need to reconcile the actual pay amount
with my "floor" and will hold last pay until after they
reconcile my program and any outstanding issues.
If I'm paid on a guarantee and work - do they own me the
amount of my guarantee? Can they "hold" my paycheck for
more than 72 hours after I've been discharged. They also
have not paid my expenses which were submitted over 8
weeks ago. Do I have a case against them?
