Each area of employment law stands on it's own. Violations of your State's Worker's Compensation statutes must be pursued with your State's WC Division. Violations of the FMLA must be pursued with the federal Department of Labor. Prohibited discrimination must be pursued with your State's equal rights division or the federal EEOC. Identity theft is a criminal matter. You haven't posted any particulars that would allow anyone to draw a conclusion as to whether you have any viable claims to bring. Your best option will be to seek the advise of an experienced employment law attorney for an analysis of your situation.
