There is nothing remotely illegal about this. If you were a
public employee, your work hours and salary would have to be
released to anyone who requested it - so if your employer
chooses to share such information, that is his/her right to
do so.

If something about it makes you uncomfortable, that may be
the point your employer is trying to make.
