What you mean to say is that > you are in an "at will" employment State. well i am seven months pregnant i started at a job when i was five months pregnant i notified the person in human resources that i was expecting in june. I am a certified nursing assistant. I do everything that my job requires. I feel like i am being harrassed by the boss because he is now telling me maybe i should cut my hours because i look like i am tired and cant handle it. He brought me in his office and began hollering at me because he wanted me to answer lights on two different hall ways I dont get lunch breaks like i am supposed to. I told him why would i cut my h ours if i only work weekends. He said that when i go off to have my baby they wont rehire me
