    Explaining WHY you're being fired should would be helpful.
    Absent any info other than what you've posted here, you can
    lawfully be fired while on leave for any reason for which
    you'd be fired if you were actively at work. For example,
    if they discovered you were stealing from the petty cash,
    they can fire you whether you're at work or whether you're
    on leave.
