Re: Sinking company may not pay my bonus?

    If you don't get the bonus, then post again and we'll take it
    from there. Wait and see.

    Do you have anything in writing signed by them indicating that
    you are entitled to the bonus? If the writing is not signed,
    is it in the form of an employee manual or general employment
    contract.
