Post: discrimination

on July 18th 2008 I arrived to work and my boss pulled me to the back room. He advised me that my quality was poor and his exact words were that he was going to have to let me go therefore I do not know if I was fired or laid off. I have been wrote up two other times for my quality. As I come to think of it my employer follows a SOP that states on the fourth incident termination will occur this was only my third incident. Work has been slo for awhile and my boss has mentioned to everyone that he has too many employees and that he will have to get rid of some of them. I was diagnosed with ADHD and I have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain. My employer was aware of these conditions he was the one that advised me to show proof. I feel like I have been discriminated against. I do not know if this is a probable case against my employer. Please let me know.
