    In my experince with EEOC in north carolina your screwed
    sorry but i barked up that tree i had an boss back me into a
    corner waiving his hands in th air SCREAMING at me i went to
    the so called EEOC i was told the boss had taken stress
    leave so there was nothing i could do (mental health)
    <more incidents with other officers and has taken the chicken
    way out and put his little hand in the air and clamed stress
    leave this guy left me in tears scared the crap out of me
    and im not easy to intimadate 2 other females and 1 male
    (guy dident break down) we now left working with this
    monster everyday just wondering when he is going to snap
    again
