Post: FIREFIGHTER PLEASE HELP!

Posted by Kathleen Davis on 9/09/08
I need some advice. Asap.
I found out that a Leiutenant within my Volunteer Fire
Department is a convicted felon. He was convicted of
Malicious Burning. I brought this information forward to
my department head and was dismissed.
She said that she thought I didnt like the Lt, so I was
trying to get him dismissed from the department and she
thought that was vindictive... so I was dismissed. Without
warning, without question.
If they would have asked they would know that I was told
my someone who has much anger towards the man and that it
was going to be brought to the paper, and how the paper
would "eat up" the fact of a Lt. in the fire department
with Felony Burning Charges. I didnt want the department
to be caught with their pants down. They didnt even ask my
intentions! Just dismissed me.
