Post: Fired/Laid off for wanting to move

Posted by L. S. on 9/29/08

I work form home. I asked my employer if I could move my
home office to a new location out of state. He disagreed
with that request & asked me to work for another month &
he'd give me 2 months severance pay. Can he do that?
Nothing has been set in stone & he's already telling co-
workers that I'm leaving. Can he do that?
