Extremely unlikely. The settlement of your WC claim is entirely between you and your employer's WC insurance carrier. The WC carrier wouldn't have anything whatsover to do with your EEOC claim - nor would they remotely want to be involved in that in any way. As always though, if there is a settlement of your WC claim, just be sure to read the compromise agreement thoroughly and be sure you understand it before you sign it.
