    There's no "I work in this state and the company's located in
    that state so you have to sue here" law. Instead, it's all
    about which state has an "interest" and where you can get
    jurisdiction.

    KS would probably work, since the company's located there. AZ
    and FL have an "interest" in ensuring their residents get
    paid wages, so you could probably sue there too (since the
    company had you working there).
