The reason there are no responses to this post is because
lawyers are protecting the judges who fraudulently suggest
that they are in someway authorized to determine who is
entitled to the customer's tip.

You see, while judges are ruling that employers may collect
and appropriate the customer's tip to those the court has
determined are entitled to share in the customer's tip,
lawyers are reluctant to expose the fact that such judges
would have no authority to entitle certain individuals to the
customer's private property.

It's only a matter of time. Eventually it will be exposed
that judges have intentionally aided business owners in
stealing the customer's tip. This is the truth of the matter.
The truth will never go away.
