    I was arrested 2 years ago for video taping someone without
    their permission, in some circumstances, it carries a felony
    term! The termonology for video taping without permission
    is: Eavesdropping Installing Device! That is the law in
    Michigan, I am not sure about other states...BUT it is your
    civil right to say no, and if the other party doesn't
    respect that, I would file a complaint with the proper
    authorities for it to be stopped! This is not a simple
    matter, and you need to check into the laws of your
    state...Good Luck
