There are not enough facts in your post to provide a
meaningful rsponse. What state are you in? How old is your
daughter? What is she accused of? Is somebody trying to make
her take a lie detector test? Who? What harassment? What's the
story, in brief?

NO ONE can be forced to take a lie detector test.
