Dear Sirs,
Do we live in a county where the police can literally
push one aside and walk into that person’s house without
probable cause or a warrant at the behest of a powerful
private political force in the Coachella valley?
Do we live in a county, where upon entry, these
renegade police can conduct an illegal search while they
intimidate and harass a frail 85 year old disabled senior
citizen with threats of incarcerating her son with a 3 day
psychological evaluation better known as jail for over an
hour for no reason? And then when verbal complaints
(emails) are made for six months, the complainant is
accused of being mentally ill by the police. Then when I
offer the particular police officer who made this
outrageous allegation, a psychological profile of myself to
refute his charge, he goes into hiding in the mysterious
world of “behind the bullet proof glass” of the PSPD
headquarters, never to be seen again, like a golfer hiding
under a weed.
Do we live in a county where one can walk into the
emergency room of a major health care provider with
effectively $40000 in cash in his pocket only to be cast
into the clutches of a corrupt and incompetent county
learning hospital who tries to collect $132736.75 for
services that are worth around $15000, but ends up
collecting $35000 by threatening to sue for $132736.75 if
$35000 in cash is not handed over without invoice, itemized
cost breakdown or any document to support that price?
My friends, I am a resident of Riverside County who can
stand before God and resoundingly say yes to each of these
questions. All of the events portrayed in these questions
did in fact happen to me. Yet, after layer upon layer of
complaints, there is no resolution in sight for me.
Riverside County appears to be a Wild West frontier town
where the man with the biggest gun seems to wins the day.
This is not the American way. The public’s confidence in
law enforcement in Riverside County will be at risk. Law
enforcement in Riverside County and its cities, ESPECIALY
Palm Springs are in dire need of a BIG brother to keep them
in line. They are incapable of self-regulation. Thank You
