I would like to petition the courts of ohio to get emancipated from my parents so i can move to Pa. to be with the people that really love me. I am 15 and will be 16 soon. Someone please help me. I wont go live with my father he beat on me when I lived with him last time..living with my mother is like living in prison.. I do everything.. I take care of my 13 year old brother and his friend who stays with us, and I make sure they eat and the house is clean. Please someone help me I have to get out of here..My mother kicked me out less than a year ago and she called the police a week later and reported me a runaway..Please help me I really need some help..
