It was 2 years on March 2, 2001 that I filed for divorce
and was legally separated from my pending X-husband. He
has harrassed, degratted, belittled me in every way he
can. He is getting away with it all. It isn't fair. We
got married after only knowing each other 2 weeks. Nine
months later we had a daughter. She is severely
handicapped and now 7 years old.I never fell in Love with
him and he understood why we got married, though I
thought. We were both in AA, and I was sober for 1 1/2
years. I wanted to stay alive, I thought he would keep me
sober. I knew from day 1 of our marriage that is wasn't
going to work out, but I got pregnant the week we got
married. I have twin 14-year old daughter which he abused
verbally for 5 years. By the time we were married 5 years
i dispised him for that and he crumbled into what was an
aweful sight. He was smoking pot on a regular basis, which
my twins wittnessed on occassions and was smoking crack so
much at the end that he was skinny, yellow and sickly
looking. He couldn't even talk to my twins, he hated
them. It was so obvious, even to them. When we finally
split up in March 2001, I went to file for divorce, he
begged me not too, but ironically went to file and his UAW
Lawyer got downtown first, so he was the Plantiff. So
right then I knew things weren't fair. He did everything
he could do to stop the divorce through his lawyer, that
eventually withdrew from the case because of his bizarre
demands. He even had me downtown to see a Psychologist to
try to say I was insane. I had to have a 4 hour session,
with 4 hours take home questionaire, and I had to read
inkblots. (I thought they only exsisted in the movies) He
has called the Social Services on numberous occassions to
try to get our daughter and my twins taken away from me.
He had taken her all Sunday night, which she was supposed
to be returned home Sunday @ 6 p.m., and I still don't know
where he was, he kept calling me from his cell phone saying
he was keeping her. I was out all night looking for them,
not knowing even where he lived. He has harrassed her
Pediatrician because he couldn't get him to say the I was
unfit or that he had physical custoday. Now he has a new
lawyer and he is harrassing herSpecial Ed. Teacher,sexually
harrassing me in front of my teenage daughters and their
friends. If he is not sexually harrasssing me, this is
when he picks her up for visiting time and drops her off,
he is terrorizing me. Out daughter cannot speak a word,
unable to talk at all. So I never know what's going on
when he has her or anything. My divorce is still going
on. I don't understand why. Her teacher wants me to do
something about him calling and disrupting the classroom,
but I've tried everything and noone can help. He has
threatened her, too. She even said she would be my
wittness, though I don't want to get her into it. Noone
can or will stop him from harrassing me. Who can help me?
All his false allegations to Social Services, is that
legal? They things he has put me through. I could go on
and on. Don't I have rights? Someone help me please!!!
