I have also been feeling the same tension as an employee at Dillards'. I
feel like I am on the verge of a mental breakdown after compromising my
sanity at my job. It is finally begining to stop. The PA is harrassing
and repetitive as if it were a joke and the security guards eyeball
perfectly good employees, taunting them and looking for attention. I was
shocked to read through this to see that another employee was mauled by
one. Yes, I was frustrated and aggravated. I didn't speak up. Secondly,
a coworker who is on the sales floor with me is consistently speaking to
me as if she were my superior. Whereas,she is not. It is stomach
churning what has been going on unattended to. This is disgusting, with
all the merchandise and opportunity for wonderful sales, the utilization
of hte management is to my dismay.
