I was sexually harassed while working at Dillards last year.
They did nothing about it. I went to the EEOC and another
commission and now have a letter with the right to sue. I was
discriminated against but I couldnt prove it, they lied to the
EEOC. I witnessed many african-americans being followed around
like second class citizens while I worked in the cosmetic
department. I also heard one say she would never shop there
again.This store needs to learn how to treat people and get rid
of the thugs that run the place. They cant even be called
human! The vietnamese dont ever get fired since the top
ranking/mgrs are the same ethnicity.
