> I just recently quit at Dillard's and been working there for 8 yrs. and with the atmosphere of tension, stressed and frustration for not reaching your goal and everyday of working in this company causes your health situation to get worst. I had a pre-existent condition of a respiratory problem and for so many years i worked there it's gotten so bad.I have to go to the doctor frequently and my doctor told me that i have to quit Dillard's as my helath situation is thru "JOB RELATED STRESS" and so i quit and applied for unemployment benefits and the EDD approved it yet a month after i received checks, the Dillard's appealed and i was so unhappy of this as i have given my loyalty, honesty and dedicated to this company and the money that they have to pay for me is afterall is my money that i paid for SUI thus, i have to go to the court hearing for the Notice of Determination and let the Judge decides, if i have to continue this kind of Benefits. It is so unjust for this company that after all those years of hardwork and efficiency, they would just discontinue my Unemplyment Benefits.. > On 3/17/07, Chris wrote: >> >> I also was previously employed with Dillard's.
