I worked at Dillards as of today Nov 22th 2006.. I had called
corp. in Ark to let them know about the harrisment in the work
place and boy did I get into a heap of crap. Now im without a
job and instead of them trying to fix the problem they turned it
around and made me look as if I was the problem.. There will
always be back stabbing in the work place there and pushing and
shoving over custs. Its a shame to have to run a business like
