Can anyone help? I was recently terminated for what my
employer stated was poor performance. My immediate
supervisor, who hired me, would take me to lunch every
day, and when my car broke down, loaned me his car for
several weeks, while my car was being repaired. He
invited me over to his house on 3 different occasions to
shoot pool. The first 2 times we drank a few beers and
played pool, the 3rd time he started talking about his
wife and eventually led to engaging questions in a form of
sexual activity with me. I immediatedly told him I wasn't
interested and left. I consulted with my wife, but was
afraid to seek HR because he stated he was joking and that
no one would believe me & that his boss and he use to be
roommates once upon a time. I never told anyone about the
incident, however my supervisor stopped going to lunch
with me and stopped interacting with me. I've since been
terminated, do I have any options, I feel used and ashamed.
