You word against his unless you can find some else to corroborate the
evidence. You risk being accused of sour grapes because you have been
sacked, your mistake was not going to HR immedietly. Do you keep in
touch with former work collegues.
You should also realise that the fact that they made a pass at you does not
constitue harrassment. You declined the proposal and it appears you have
been respected in that they did not pester you with further proposals. You
would have to show that you lost your job because you declined to accept a
relashonship and as I say it is your word against theirsw and your chances
of sucess are poor.
Unless you are still unemployed I wold move on and stop worring about
sueing people. If you suceed you may find yourself unemployable. New
employers are not going to weant to employ you if they find out you have
sued a previos employer.
