I am a lifeguard at a public pool, my boyfriend, was told
he was not allowed in the area if I was on duty. The boss
believes I will be be able to do my job. There have been
no complaints about this before and I feel it is wrong for
him to tell him he is not allowed in the PUBLIC place? Is
this discrimination, and if so what can I do about it?
