I am contemplating filing a sexual descrimination complaint
with the E.E.O.C against my current employer. What will be
the long term negative effects of this action? I am worried
that it may haunt me later on. I feel very strongly that I
was treated unfairly because of my gender, but am literally
scared to follow through with what I feel I should. Is
there a reporting agency or the like where prospective
employers can look up and see that I have filed charges?
Please help. I am so frustrated. Thank you so much.
