Yet another mad employee, same crap....10 assocaites out of 11
on the floor arguing and stealing customers they havent helped
to make their SPH; Racist ASM's and asst ASM's, showing
favortism by giving the caucasian employees every other weekend
off and a the few minorities little or no time off during the
weekends. I requested some time off for a family emergency
during my 180 day trial period and the ASM sent me to find
replacements to take over my hours; a similar situation
happened to a caucasian employee, who was only there 3wks, and
her schedule and mine was changed without the hassle or any
questions as to whether or not I was able to cover for her.
This is in fact BS!!!!! As I you can obviously see, Dillards is
in serious need of a MAJOR overhaul, makeover or perhaps
restructuring..!!!! OUT WITH THE OLD(ASM'S) and in with some
NEW, WELL TRAINED, RESPECTABLE, COURTEOUS AND WELL AWARE OF
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT IT REALLY MEANS ASM'S!!! This should
bring up morale within the workplace!
PS: I am so...so sick of the SPH myself!
