I too am sick of the pay cuts, I am now at a pay rate of $6.50 an
hour and they are giving everyone in the store a 30 miniute lunch and
working then 7 days in a row with only one day off, the having to
work another 7 days.

Maybe The Dillard boy need to get a little tast of their own poisen
and have to get their own pay cut.
The way you are teated at Dillards is form the dark ages, Now woulder
their is such a large turn around on the employees, at the stor I
work at. They can not keep help!!!
