I was terminated from my job for fighting.I was defending
myself from a former co-worker, who has had several
incidents in the workplace,and this person was never dealt
with as harsh, after his misconduct in the workplace.I have
never been written up for anything in my employment in the
five years of my employment with this company.The other
indivual only worked for 7 months.After a lenghty
unemployment appeals, I was granted my unemployment.Their
was several of witnesses to the incident in which I was
terminated.I still wasn,t reinstated or did not get a
chance to hear about what my former co-workers had said
about me.I recently learned that my former supv. had told
my former co-workers that I had told the owner about what
they all participate in while they are off from work.I had
wondered why they wouldn't talk to me anymore.I have never
dicussed this with anyone.I was told this is why I wasn't
reinstated back to work, because them knowing that I was
suppose to have said this might create a problem in the
workplace.
