I recently quit a major retailer. I had a bad check for
$20.00 (not intentional). The employer's loss prevention
manager tried to hold my last paycheck untill I paid off
the bad check but went ahead and paid me. Now he is
pursueing me with a full head of steam, however, they are
not pursueing other former employees or customers who have
written bad checks as hard as they are me. What kind of
case do I have if he continues?
