I started to fell uncomfortabel about a male emplyee and
stoped talking to him after 3 months of me completeing
avoinding him he cam to the office i work in called my name
at which time i glanced up quickly and then went back to my
work again the male called my name and in his hand he had
the plastic balloons from his birthday cake aprox 3 months
prior licked them and then asked me if i wanted to lick his
B---'s I was shocked i since have talked to the eoo office
who has investigated it and said" that the enviorment in
which sexual joking and comments occured from time to time
raises questions regarding the perceived welcomness of the
comment" how can i possible have welcomed this comment when
i ignored this person at all cost and had not said one word
to him since the end of may. Should i persue this or not. I
am hurst and extremly embaressed over this and can not talk
about it without crying like a baby. Please help
