I am the father of a child i have not been allowed to see
in 5 years. This came as a result of a divorce my ex filed
in Dec. 1998. At this point the majority of my rights under
ADA law and state law have been violated by the courts.
Even to the point of covering up my childs kidnapping by my
ex wife. The courts entangled my land two years ago. Also
the court engaged in some unlawful activities with in the
content of my divorce. What i want to know is can I go
after the state of arkansas for creating evidence for
court. For producing witnesses for the plaintiff. For
entering into a conspericy to voilate my rights with the
Department of Human Services and the defrauding myson and
my-self of due process. When i say due process i mean due
process was voilated all around. Also to the extent of the
Judge not making my wife return the child to the state.
Also i want to know if i can sue the ex and her family for
producing this case useing my wifes mothers psychology
education as the background. As they have done this to
another ex- borther-in-law. Thank you.
