    You have obviously lost favor with management. I suggest you
    begin looking for work elsewhere. Unfortunately, management
    is generally free to approve or disprove vacation time as
    seen fit as long as approval is not motivated by
    impermissible discrimination.

    The fact that your employer desires to give you a hard time
    does not give rise to any statutory relief. If things get
    worse you can always go to lunch and fail to return without
    explanation. Make them scramble to cover your desk and
    wonder where you are. Get a few people who want out as well
    to do the same thing. Use your at-will status to your
    advantage. I have found that once you lose favor, a
    termination soon follows. Strike first but be smart.
