    Terry I realise this is an old e-mail, two years old in fact. But
    have you ever heard of a little thing called, "The Employee's
    Confidentiality Act"? I am afraid you are quiet wrong about this
    one....and civil sanctions can be brought forth against
    Ms.Parham's employer. And very rightly so, since such aqusations
    could affect futer endeavors of willfully gained employment for
    Ms. Parham. I sincerly hope Ms Parham has moved on & prospered
    with another company. I also hope she sought legal advice on this
    issue.
