This happened to me today 8/18/06 I was called in the GM's
office with HR Manager and I was written up because of they've
conducted a bias investigation. I worked with 90% women age
raging from 40 y/o and older ( average of 15 years of service
in the company )I'm a Lead Person, everytime I bring an issue
to HR regarding work related issue or abusive behaviour ie.
abused use of cellphone and company phone usage, and sexual
conversation with other women, it comes back and bite. Women
will complain that I give sexual gestures, inappropriate
physical contact and innappropriate sexual pictures. these are
all lies and form of retaliation.. What's bad about it HR
siding with them. Please I need directions of how to protect
myself and I heard there is a form of Legal Mediator. I fell
trapped. Pls advise.
