    It is not harrassment. She can not prove it even if you do
    watch her while she is exercising. And as far as the e mails
    go. As long as there is no form of harrassment in them. NO
    CASE...

    She is probably threatening you and will not even turn it
    over to the cops. If she does, she will have nothing on you.
