I agree with this as our family has fallen victim to DYFS. We (me
and my wife) are not drug users, dealers, gang members, cult
members, and have not beaten or neglected our children. My wife is
a daycare teacher, and I have had a heavy involvement in our
children's former schools (before we purchased a home and moved to
where we are today). We have 7 children in total, one is a nurse,
another is a graduate in biology, another is attending criminal
science, and the 4 other children are planning their lives. What
has initially began as an investigation of medical neglect that
was not proven, has escalated into what appears to be a lifelong
battle. DYFS found one way after another to open case after case,
and keep this torment going. The most recent is that our
grandchildren (2 of them) cannot visit our home (which now has
been turned into a house). I won't prolong this thread with our
nightmare. I just want to say that I agree with you.
