Post: repeated accusations dyfs

A family is accused and goes through the DYFS evaluation
process and comes out with no problem . The social worker
is actually upset because she "has real cases that need to
be addressed" . The family is reported a second time and
the same social worker says this is somebody out to get the
family. Does the family have any recourse ? My friends are
good people and this seems to be a witch hunt. As far as I
can tell there is nothing they can do other than go through
repeated evaluations. This will be the 4th occurance and
the Social Worker has advised there is nothing they can do.
If anybody knows how to prevent this please respond
