Post: Racial Remarks by Dillard's Employees

Posted by M.Le on 10/08/07
10-08-2007 I was shopping at the Memorial City store located in Houston. 3 employees at the ladies shoes department were complaining about cheap customers and that they were not at a fleamarket. Granted neither of them got up to assist me. As I got closer, one of the employess said, yeah like the Chinese, Koreans, and Asians. Being an Asian decent, I stopped and questioned her what she meant about Cheap Asians Customers. She then said "LADY, I wasn't talking about all Asians". The 3 employees caucasian, black, and middle eastern. I was surprise by the diverse group of employees to be so racist. I went to complained to management and really didn't get more than just a "I'm Sorry". Does anyone know if I have a case here?
