Post: Fighting DYFS

If the psychologist or psychiatrist who did your court ordered evalution for DYFS expected to be responsible for your treatment, he committed a serious violation of professional ethics. You can file a complaint with the state licensing board in Newark, NJ. Since this would also constitute a conflict of interest and possible misuse of public (federal) funds, you can also file a complaint with the Inspector General, Dept of Health and Human Services, Washington, DC. Maybe burying them in investigations and paperwork will slow them down. If enough people complain, someone's bound to notice. I am looking into what if any action can be taken against the family courts and judges who appear not to know the pertinent law or perhaps not to care about law or human rights (not to mention that pesky constitution). Has NJ succeded from the Union?
