I've worked at Dillards for 6 months and I never seen so
many employees that are busy body- back stabbers.The
managers have double standards they only harass certain
employees they don't like. They make their favorite
employees specialist so they don't get a pay cut. If a
manager don't like you then they give you a pay cut so you
will quit.
I've never seen so many brown nosers in my life. It's a
shame that Dillards don't keep good employees. Dillards
only keeps the brown nosers who lie to the customers to
get a credit application. Dillards think it is funny to
see the employees to fight over the sales in front of
customers, talk about poor customer service.
Dillards is harassing and discriminating the employees and
they think it is funny.
If you had worked at Dillards and been discriminating
against or harassed then I think a bunch of employees or
former employees should get together and file a law suit
against Dillards for their work ethics.Note: If you want
to work at Dillards, you might as well get a job at the
funny farm!!!!!!!!!!
