Re: Dillards
Posted by Who Knows on 8/23/08

You are so true the employees there only fight. I have
worked for dillards for about 5 months and the fights for
sales goals are crazyl. I had a manager tell me that the
associates were complaining some things. I was so in shock
they mainly one has been complaining so much to I am sick in
my stomach of it. She has a group of friends 2 more in the
same area who help her with the complaints so it seems like
a lost cause. It seems like a fight that can not be won in
reality. Why would a manager even think that is really
childish anyway. I beleive they do have their favorites.
This one employee just walks around saying bad words all day
long even in front of customers. She hates to ever think
that anyone is making more sales than herself. It is
    ridiculous.
