    Dear Mrs. Anonymous:

It is possible that no harm was meant by the teacher who
advised you husband to step away from the classroom doorway.
While she may have failed to be diplomatic or politically
correct the incident from what you describe does not appear
to go beyond a simple request to a person to move away from
a classroom doorway. In fact she over explained her reason
for the request that your husband to leave the view of the
student(s). I think an unknown person hanging around any
doorway would be distracting to any classroom of children or
any teacher. Some teachers would be concerned for the
security of the students if unknown persons lurked outside
doorways to school classrooms. In any event you should
consult an attorney in your local.
